Nominations Now Open for the 2025 Business Excellence Awards

Windsor, August 15, 2024 — The Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Business Excellence Awards Committee are delighted to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 Business Excellence Awards.

“As we open the nominations for the Business Excellence Awards, we celebrate the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the exceptional enterprises driving success in the Windsor-Essex region,” stated Rakesh Naidu Chamber CEO. “This prestigious event not only honours innovation and dedication but also serves as a powerful platform to showcase the remarkable businesses and business professionals that define our community’s excellence.”

There are a total of twelve categories that businesses and organizations are eligible to be nominated. The categories are as follows:

• Entrepreneur of the Year • Business Ambassador of the Year
• Innovation Award • Tourism & Hospitality Award
• Young Professional of the Year • Professional of the Year
• New Company of the Year • Pillars of our Community
• Company of the Year <25 FTE Employees • Company of the Year >26 FTE Employees
• ATHENA Leadership Award • Believe Windsor-Essex Award

“There has been a lot of behind the scenes work from the BEA Committee and Chamber staff to get to this point,” iterated Andrea Hotham, Chair of the Business Excellence Awards Committee. “Last year there was a record number of nominations and this year we hope to receive even more.”

The public can submit their nominations until Friday October 4, 2024 in all 10 of our Judged Award Categories. The Athena Leadership Award and Believe Windsor-Essex Award nominations will close Friday September 13th , 2024.
